To complete an application, you will need to have:
- A valid account in our application system, which can be created when you start your application or may have been created prior to this application
- Your contact information (SRP account number, address, telephone, etc.)
- Your company’s contact information (where the equipment will be installed or used)
- Your dealer’s contact information (who you purchase the equipment from)
- Your equipment’s information (model and serial numbers, product invoices or bill of lading, etc.)
For your business's Custom Electric Equipment Rebate, you will also need to have:
- Your new equipment's information (specification sheets, engineering drawings, price estimates, or invoice)
